RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our items are checked before shipping in order to ensure quality. Please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We do not take returns for color disputes.

1. What is your return & exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns must be made within 3 days upon receipt of order. If you want to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us sales@eskinaclothing.com. We will then, e-mail you details on where to ship back the orders. Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item ( i.e. Shipping ) shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are
(i) damaged upon arrival or
(ii) different from the ones you ordered.

2. What are my return & exchange options?
For orders with the wrong size or defect, we will exchange your order with the correct one (depends on the availability of the product) and will ship it to you free of charge.

Returns/refunds will be made to you in form of Store Credit. They are good as cash and may be spent when making purchases at www.eskinaclothing.com. Store Credits are provided in Philippine Peso, in the form of Coupon Code. They never expire and may not be used together with any other promotional coupon code.
